Shipping
Online orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days during our store business hours of 11am – 5:30pm PST (excluding weekends and holidays). A shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking information once items have been shipped.
Domestic Shipping:
Free Shipping is available for all order within the contiguous United States.
International Shipping:
We offer shipping to certain countries at a flat rate of $20. We are not responsible for any taxes, fees, import fees, duties or related fees on international shipped orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
AMĒNAH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package has been confirmed as delivered, but you have not received it, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with tracking information in order to file a claim. After the claim has been filed, the customer is required to notify us via phone call or email. Once the carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to the customer's shipping address, we will then replace your item(s) or issue a refund, excluding the shipping cost.

In-Store Return Policy:
Items purchased can be exchanged or returned up to 7 days after the purchase date. The customer must provide the original receipt, and the original tags must be on the item(s) and the item(s) must not be worn or washed. All discounted items, all jewelry, accessories, bath & body products, and swimwear sales are final.
Online Return Policy:
Items purchased on the website can be returned within 7 days after the order was marked as delivered by the carrier. All discounted items, all jewelry, accessories, bath & body products, and swimwear sales are final.
To Make a Return:
1) Circle the item(s) you would like to send back, and write next to the item name, "Return", or "Exchange" on your original packing receipt.
**Please Note** If you would like to exchange, please call or send an email to reserve your new item. If you wait to do this, it is possible the style or size may sell out!
2) Place your unworn, unwashed, unaltered and non-damaged item(s), and the original packing receipt with return, or exchange information in a package to be sent to our store address at:

**Please Note** Refunds will not be issued until the returned item(s) are delivered to our store, and will take up to 10 business days to process.
Exchanges or returns are welcome to be made in store within 7 days after the order date.
Once the package is delivered to our store, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure they are: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and non-damaged. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds may take approximately 15-20 business days to show up on your bank statement.
In the event that a refund cannot be returned to the original payment method, the amount will be issued onto a gift card.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If you received any damaged merchandise or if the wrong item was sent to you, then the shipping charges will be refunded. When shipping back to our store, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
**Please Note** The customer is responsible for shipping charges if an item exchange is requested. AMĒNAH is not responsible for returned or refused package shipping charges. The customer will be billed for the the returned or refused shipping cost.
All packages received 30 days after the order placement will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
